If a file is not converting correctly, please include the following information in your message: the file format you were converting, the approximate file size, whether the file has any password protection or special features, and a description of the expected versus actual output. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
We are always evaluating new formats to add to SaveTokens. If you frequently work with a format that is not currently supported, let us know. High-demand formats move to the top of our development queue.
